Sounds like the bulkhead holes are stripped. You can use CA glue to hold the screws in place or just replace the bulkheads. You might want to wait until you need to replace the rear belt, and just do it all at once.
Did you over-tighten the screws....?
over-tighten? probably! when i'm in a hurry specially late at night and i want to finish the set-up, i have this bad habbit of over-tightening the screws. its hard to avoid this sometimes. but here's the tip, a friend of mine just to told me to put a very thin copper wire in the screw holes, 1 or 2 wires might do it
