The touch screen isn't that sensitive but I still have the screen protector on it. over all I can live with those issues as once you've set up your car on the radio you don't need to touch it again, and it has a 20 model memory. This is a great radio the features it contains are worthy of a much more expensive transmitter. My only other beef is the wheel is bigger than my C and you can't change to an after market wheel as there is a lip that won't let you fit these smaller wheels.
