I would definitely start with a softer spring in the rear. Also, I am not sure the shaved brace and C hubs are the best for you. And your rear ride height might be too low for low bite out door. at least come back up to 24mm maybe even 24.5. Removing limiters can be a pain. I would try unscrewing the front shocks 1 turn at a time to see if you like the droop changes.
