I have one in my buggy. I got it when my kids were running my buggy a lot & breaking shaved plastic u-braces on a regular basis. It is very well made. I have also had other stuff from strc. Some of it has been good, some not (I didn't like their rear hubs for the ofna hyper 10sc but used pretty much everything else they made for the truck). The u brace comes "shaved" & includes 2 2mm spacers if you use the a tower. The only draw back I have found is if you break a ball stud (which I have done) it is a pain in the butt to get it out. I solved the problem by using very long ball studs that stick out the bottom of the brace. You could also use titanium ball studs to limit how often they break.
