I'm biased -- I have my Side Piece Racing Seis fans that I always run...
I recently switched from a LRP 40mm fan to the Seis 25mm fan and the motor was only 5-10 degrees F higher.
The seis should easily drop your motor 10 degrees, probably much more than that!
