I currently have the gear diff built just like the directions state and also the video on the Team Associated website. I am not sure what shims I should use behind the sun gears.

Blitzkid, I use a gear cover and I don't see any evidence of debris or things in the gear box itself. I have another SC10 and don't have this problem. I have torn them apart together and everything gearing looks the same. I need to dig into the bearings sometime today as that was brought up in a previous post.
