If my packs showed the difference between 4.01 and 4.11, that's a HUGE problem. Mine always balance within .01 of each other. Always shows something like 4.17/4.18 or whatever voltage it is at that particular moment.
I've never seen a 2s+ lipo that has a .1 variance in voltages between cells.
