To my understanding I thought you had converted a F104 V2 to use the Syband fiberglass links.
You can't use the normal plastic pivot ball and link system without the side springs. The car loses all steering (tried it once)
It would be a matter of emailing a TRG stockist to order the parts in for you. I haven't come across anyone that really lists the spare parts regularly available on their website... even in japan.
