Give it to a fast guy for a couple of laps. Overdriving is the number one mistake for people new to the class. A close second is an overly tight slipper.
what setup are you running? A lot of guys like to add weight to the rear to calm it down as well.
I am using Ryan Cav. Set up from west coast super nats or reedy race I can't remember. But I asked a couple of locals and they said take out the rear ballast weight and run a 1.7 piston. It got better but was still a little crazy.
