Do you have any links to photos of the track at all?
That might help others give advice on handling.
I run 450 oil in my car and found it to be a bit more predictable when being thrown around on carpet, this was with 10degC track temps etc in a cold hall.
Quite a few other drivers have been using 400cSt front and rear here (this was using Sorex 28JB's)
