The car is buttery smooth at all speeds, and makes no odd sounds or vibrations. On the bench, the belt is just right, I don't think it's flapping around. The rear belt has been tightened by one notch position, since the stock build. I did buy a Sakura belt tensioner but I haven't found a need for it yet.
