I find it' more stable and overall faster.
But not sure if it's easier, the faster the car the less easier as it carries more speed and it needs faster respons from the pilote.
It all depends on the setup and what your capable of.
The best way to find out is to try it, it doesn't cost much for the entire F103 front suspension.
You can use the F104 front wheels, that's what i always use.
