i got the alum tranny brace, primarily because i tend to bend chassis ALOT. lol so far ive bent 2 of them. and until i looked at em next to a new chassis, i never would have known! the last one i bend was almost dragging its belly lol
oh, and since i got the tranny brace i havnt flat out stripped a spur gear. some say one has nothing to do with the other, some swear by it. and it may just be that my driving skills have improved, and it may be the smoother engagement of the mip clutch, but i havnt stripped one out yet!
ill get that widening kit soon enough i think. right now im going to concentrate on getting a 1/12 scale and a good batt charger, so i can race through the winter, then get a T4 in the spring
