get a tootbrush and wipe scrub the edges of the tires and rim with soapy water...let air dry..

Any of the modern glues will work...just be aware that thin glue will set really fast...I like the Losi med, works well for me..


Wrap a piece of electrical tape around the tire before you glue...for each side if you are doing bigger tires....peel back the edges and carefully feed the glue in...let dry for an hour...
