The D3.5 was built to pass the approval process as it was a year ago. It passed that test (barely) and was approved. They pushed the limits, but it it was within the limits enough to pass until ROAR changed their method of measuring.
Novak have straight up made a cheater stator. They might as well be putting 17.5 stickers on 10.5 stators. Once you are cheating, the degree you do it at is irrelevant. Cheating is cheating
