It does not matter what Cesar does. If all of the rest of us run a Mabuchi or brushless / 21.5 - blinky who cares. The racing will be close with us and if a few racers choose to not participate oh well their loss. Cesar had his center shaft removed and was 1 lap faster than my blinky mini on his first day out. I would guess that he would be 2-3 laps faster with the center shaft in. We have a good group of Minis and F1 racers that appear to be growing. We should do everything we can to grow the group and help racers get their Tamiya Cars competitive and keep cost down. There is some startup cost associated with anything, but in the long run the rubber tire minis and F1 will be very affordable. I expect a set of tires will easily go a season and the cars seem very durable. There are many positives to take away from this. One bad apple does not spoil the whole barrel.
