There is no mention in our unwritten rules of which kit or electronics to have. My car meets the specifications of our unwritten rules. If the rules are going to be modified as we go, what’s the point?
It’s not fair to outlaw certain brands. I was thinking about buying a Serpent F1. Will that be outlawed too?
Tamiya is expensive & is not my first choice of car. Also not everyone has the money to spend $500 on a Tamiya mini. If we are trying to attract new racers, $170 sounds much better for a car that works & is almost ready to go.
One more thing from this beginner: Cheating? REALLY? I don’t need to cheat to win. How about I make sure to finish last next week.
