So it seems the eccentric bushings are accurate. I hadn't checked rear toe since I built it maybe 15 runs ago. One side was off by more than one degree. I do a lot of triple checking and there it is, hmm, the left side was off but the right side was "right on". So I loosened all the suspension holder screws of both sides, tweaked the arms back and forth a bit to loosen everything up the same-ish, and brushed a little loose dirts from around the screw holes. Then holding both arms with a slight forward pressure so both would be in the same relative position I tightened the suspension holder screws.
Rechecked and both sides were right on at 3.0. So I changed the RR bushings to .5 out and both sides were again right on at 3.5
Clear example of even the rear toe being off due to wild tumbles tweaking things.
My chassis has been bent in the back for a long time.
