You could always just use a body reamer to make your vent holes. Less chance of a circle to tear than something you might do with your dremel or body sissors.
After you cut out your body take a hot soldering iron and rub the tip around all the cut outs and it kinda rolls the edge over. This is a slot-car trick for really thin bodies.
