The M11x is very easy to convert.

All you need to do is take off the two hex head screws (4mm, I think). One is near the power switch and other one is on the other side. You take those off, take off the upper module, turn the handle by 180 degrees, flip a small switch and put the top back on. It's a 5 minute job and detailed fairly well in the manual.(It's on page 10)

AFAIK, the Futaba 4PKS, 4PKS-R, Sanwa M11x, M8, M12, Spektrum DX3R, Ko Propo EX1-KIY, Radiopost TS401 can be converted for left handed use.
