A new one is around $400 i believe. If you are lucky you can get one used for less then upgrade it to the current software.
Crimson Eagle on this board is the US dealer and you should probably talk to him about pricing. He is very prompt with all inquiries and provides excellent support.
I agree with rough512 the pro-trak does seem to be an improved victor. It is too bad victor went under or we might have 2 great chargers to choose from
