For as long as i'm driving my F104 i have never had any spare parts used except for the rear spoiler, due to impacts from behind it intends to brake much quicker then you will be needing some other spare parts.
If i would think of what kind of spares you could use then i should mention those front springs and a spare rear axle.
Incase you would be using a carbon rear axle it's better to have one in spare cause they can brake by having a heavy impact.
I've seen only one big crash from a friend and his car needed a new gear case (lower part that has the diffusor in it) but other then that i've never seen heavy impacts that a F104 couldn't handle.
