Higher turn = lower top end, longer run times, more torque (usually)
lower kv = lower top end, longer run times, more torque (usually)
Lower turns = more speed, less run time
Higher kv = more speed, less run time
Be careful as turns is a more general measure of a motor where kv is the rpm per volt and is more precise.
Depending on what you are going to run (1/10-1/8 etc) you need to take into account how many cells you are going to be running as well.
