BuKu Performance Products Break Bias Gauge

This is the pre production version of our latest product. The BuKu Brake Bias gauge will allow you to accurately set your front and rear break bias by giving you inch pound measurements front and rear under a true dynamic load. With break settings being so vital to entry,rotation and exit speed of corners we felt it was vital to be able to get an accurate reading and also be able to duplicate the front and rear break balance once you have that feel/handling your looking for.(Lets be honest. Every time we set our brakes we are guessing at adjustments in an attempt to get the specific handing characteristic were looking for on any given track or track condition. Once we find that balance we don't touch the breaking adjustments any more and hope nothing changes to loose that feel.) Now your settings will be completely repeatable and the gauge will allow you to make fine adjustments.
The gauge is a 17mm hex/ socket on one end and the other will chuck up in a quarter inch drive drill. It will give you inch pound readings from 1-20 in quarter inch pound increments. With the drill set on low speed you will put your vehicle on a car stand turn on the radio, attach the gauge to the front right tire, and while holding the front left tire to prevent it from spinning turn on the drill and the slowly apply the brake to full braking load then release the breaks and power the drill down. The gauge will show you the inch pounds of force used to stop the front tires. You will then repeat this process with the right rear tire.Once you have a front and rear reading you can then start making fine adjustments to find your idea brake balance and over all load.
The final production version will be black anodized and laser engraved and as with all Buku Performance products is 100% Made in the USA! COMING SOON!!!!
