you guys are funny. If your track runs a "bring it" 17.5 class i have a local guy that can wind you whatever you want and call it a 17.5

My point, it doesn't matter who does it but if you allow motors that aren't certified by at least somebody you leave the door wide open. 17.5 means nothing unless someone certifies it as such.
