I currently have the idle high just to avoid this problem. It runs fine in the infield and I'm getting runtimes right around nine minutes w/ the 8mm restrictor so I know the engine is not overly rich. Good pop off the corner and good smoke. It's been cold here, down in the 40's, when I've been at the track and the motor is running a little on the cool side ~200. I've tried going both ways on the hsn and the lsn and I get the same result. Should I start over with my needle settings? Could the motor still have enough mechanical pinch to be stalling when I drop the throttle? Thanks for any help.
what fuel and glowplugs do you run ?
