Default Couple questions about best shock setup bladders, pistons, etc

Hi I have recently switched from Losi to Mugen and I got a awesome MBX6R from a friend who got a MBX7 it has a ton of upgrades and extras. It has the web/honeycomb bladders Serpent I think they seem to be decent on the track but I have a hard time getting the rebound to bleed down to less than 3/4. Anybody running these or have ran them with any advice on getting the right setup with them? Also which pistons are most of you running on outdoor hardpack clay? I have the white ones which I believe are stock but I ran CSI v2 blue before in my Losi and I am looking at the tapered hole ones from Mugen how well do the work or should just stick with CSI or is there another brand? One last question what rebound does the Mugen like with which springs? I am using 8.25 fr/8.50 rear with 32.5wt rear/ 37.5wt front any suggestions? I am already a little quicker with the Mugen compared to my Losi and much more stable! Quality of the metals and shocks/diffs don't leak so that's a plus also. Thanks for any info/advice!
