For Hot Bodies or any other company, a team is a sales base. The team within itself will more than pay a team mangers salary. Just myself through the 2012 year probably covered a good 2-months of salary for Joe. If the team is going to continue, as said to be then a manager is needed for it to run right. I don't like the idea of running a team through a customer service rep or an ordinary sales rep. It turns into a lack of communication. We the HB team went through that back before Joe came along.
My understanding is HPI/HB will mantain a small office in Cal. Let Joe mantain and manage the team from there. He is young, smart and knows what it takes. Let him show you he can make the money.
