Sean. I've been rc'ing before Neal was born. He knows nothing about O'Donnel fuel. I found it is excellent under one and only one set of conditions, which is:

1). When my old joints are aching I smoke 4-5 joints of marijuana(medicinal of course)

2). Then I take 2- 50mg tablets of Viagra.

3). While I am waiting for the Viagra to kick in I start up my RC car on O'Donnel fuel so I can hear it go ping, ping, ping, ping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems to get me in the mode!

My guess to correct your flame out issue, is to open the idle gap up to around .7 mm, richen up LSN to drop idle and adjust HSN for top end. It will 2 stage idle but that's fine during break in.
