Since this battery access issue keeps coming up, I just wanted to give my 2 cents. If you haven't seen this car up close and in person, then I would recommend waiting to write it off your list because you're worried about access to the battery. I saw the car at the Chicago show a few weeks ago and was surprised at how much room there is around the battery. Yes, it is tighter than the average TC, but it is not as cramped as the all the pictures I have seen led me to believe. People are worried about connectors, and I believe they will be useable. You may have to get a little creative, but I do not believe it will be that bad. I use Sermos/Duratrax PowerPoles and am not worried at all about adapting to the new car. Just something to consider. Wait to see the car in person before writing it off because of space concerns.
Anyway, Go Losi! It looks like Francis and Spashett have a shot at making the A at Worlds.
