Hard to say if it is normal without a pic. I have some in my retainers also. Usually caked in dirt. If it is dryish dirt on the oil, I would say normally. If the dirt = oil is shiney and very wet looking, I would say that is too much and check your orings and your build. I have never run the Kyosho or current losi shocks. But the BB weeping looks like every other shock i have ever owned in the last 20 years.
