The the 521 and the 521-01 arms are exactly the same except for the 521 have 2 holes for the shock mounting and the 521-01 have a single hole that is between where the 2 holes would be.

The standard arm for rb6 is curved and the 521-01 arm is straight which adds stability. When running the 521-01 arms, you have to raise your shock collars quite a bit to have the same ride height.
