Not sure, I ran 411 on rx8. Maybe search in the mmp thread.
Sensored is smoother and more controllable on the bottom end... the way to go.
As said, minimum C should be 45 for a 4 pole. Lowest C I run is 65 and just got the SMC 7200 70c pack, fantastic!

With that power hungry motor and the weak mmp bec you should use a cap at least. May need an external bec.

I swapped out my 411 (4600) for a hobbywing 540 four pole (4700) and it has more bottom end and mid range. About the same top end.
Not as smooth as the 411... but that's what you get with stump pulling bottom end.

Its pushing around my 7.1lb Mugen SCT and rips. Just pointing out an alternative to the 411 that I feel is a better motor and I have ran both.

Also the
Esc/motor combo (pro C-1) is $190. Don't have to worry about the mmp working with a 4 pole any more

If you decide to stay with the Tenshock, I have a 411 with ceramic bearings that's never seen more than 145° (known by telemetry logs).
Raced about 10x and is strong as new that I will let go for $55
