I had to reset my radio to default settings to get the thing to calibrate. You may need to play with the throttle trim also, I had to set it to 8 steps back on the spektrum to get it to recognise the program sequence.
i cant help but think a button on the thing would make life easy to program it.
The fast flashing orange light I found means lipo low voltage also if it helps.
