So I put the stock tyres back on instead of the softer Spice Tyres, made so much of a difference!
Biggest issue now is the centre belt is getting real loose, even with the belt tensioner.
I'd agree with pickled and make sure you have some washers under the rear pulley mount. If you do, you can also had some washers under the center tensioner to raise it a bit. I did this recently and it helped quite a bit
