RACEWORKS ON-ROAD BASH 2013 - CLUB RACE 1

Venue: RaceWorks Arena, Bottle Tree Park - NEW ASPAHLT ! NEW LAYOUT !
Fee : RaceWorks members - $10 per class / Non-members - $15 per class
Rental transponders will be available at $5 per transponder
Trophies: Trophies will be awarded to the A-main top-3 and 1st in lower finals only

The maximum number of participants for all 3 classes combined will be 50. So please register and make payment early to secure your entry.
Classes / Rules
A) Novice OnRoad "Breakout" Class (Max 10 entries)
Chassis: Open (Onroad chassis only eg Mini / 4WD TC / FF / F1)
Motor: Open
ESC: Open
Battery: Open
Bodyshell: Open
Tires: Open
Min lap time: A minimum laptime will be imposed for this class. We will set this tentatively at 21 secs (subject to final adjustments on raceday depnding on the types of entries we have). Laptimes clocked faster than the min laptime will be rejected
B) 17.5T Blinky Class (Max 20 entries)
Chassis: Open to all TC
Motor: Open to all brushless motors that are not lower than 17.5T.
ESC : Open to all ESCs capable of running in the no-boost / “blinky” mode. The no-boost / blinky mode must be used for this class of racing.
Gear ratio : Open
Battery : Lithium Polymer 2S hard case 7.4v battery pack.
Min Weight : 1400g
Bodyshell : All 190mm TC bodyshells. The rear wing including endplates must not extend higher than the roofline
Tires : Sweep Pre-Mounted Tires. Tires must be purchased from RaceWorks Hobbies.
C) 13.5T SuperStock Class (Max 20 entries)
Chassis : Open to all TC
Motor : Open to all brushless motors that are not less than 13.5T
ESC : Open to all ESCs. Boosted / turbo mode may be used.
Gear ratio : Open
Battery : Lithium Polymer 2S hard case 7.4v battery pack.
Min Weight : 1400g
Bodyshell : All 190mm TC bodyshells. The rear wing including endplates must not extend higher than the roofline
Tires : RIDE Revolution (Re36) High grip belted tires with wheels. Tires must be purchased from RaceWorks Hobbies.
Race Format
Qualifying : 2 x 5min rounds. Best 1 of 2 rounds to count. An additional round of qualifying may be run depending on the number of entries (in which case, the best 1 of 3 or best 2 of 3 IFMAR format may be used to sort racers for the finals)
Finals : 2 x 5min finals. Best 1 of 2 finals to count. ROCS tiebreak format will apply in the event of ties.
