New or not, you should at the very least look through the manual. It'll answer just about everything you've asked thus far.
Aside from the hub inserts it's about the same as any other recent K car. I just wish they'd come up with an easier way to change anti-squat. I hate sliding those spacers in there.
Lower caster generally makes initial steering more responsive. Where are you looking for steering? On power? Entering a turn? Middle? Exiting? Have you compared your setup to any others? What surface? What tires? What length rod-ends are you running on the shocks?
Cut out part of the hole so you can then just loosen the screws a little bit and then slide the piece in between the chassis and the rear block. Does that make sense?
