As far as I'm aware. 21.5 blinky/silver can, No motor timing, Rubber Tires, 190mm or less(don't quote me on this one ). All of the locals are running the F104 chassis(or variants of it). Not sure on the crowd for this weekend due to other races going on, but a great group of guys to run with.
