So I just bought and built an 811e. The drive train seems to be binding. Is this normal with this car? I've never had a 8th scale with such a stiff drive train.

The diffs aren't crunchy, but there seems to be some binding in front and rear diffs when I put the diff in the housing and the diff pinions. I can't really see the mesh very well because of how the diff cases are designed.

I am going to have to break down the entire front and rear of the car again.
