If snowbirds runs ROAR rules you can run any size 2S battery. If they run USVTA rules then you have to run a 5000Mah battery. Either waay I would suggest getting one from Eric Anderson of EA Motorsports at
www.teameamotorsports.com. He has an awesome 5000Mah 70c VTA pack that is unbelievable. Mine holds above 8v all the way through a run so it has great punch until the end. He also has a 6500Mah 70c pack that I run in 17.5 sedan and it is crazy fast. It also wil stay above 8v till the end. You cant go wrong with his packs.
According to the
2013 Snowbirds Rules, they are using
USVTA rules. That means everybody (in VTA) must have a driver figure, a number on both doors, hood and trunk, a 5000mah Lipo max, a USVTA-Legal ESC and 1 of the 2 Novak 25.5 motors in their car.
