150'x80' would be a smallish TC track, that's still fractionally smaller than my local;

Narrowest part is by the WLRC sign and is 10'

You need more than 10' lanes for a fair size asphalt track, especially when the cars could be doing up to, or even over, 70mph depending on the size of the track.
At the track above the Mods are in the region of 54mph
