I've been using them for well over a year now, I use one for 6 months then chuck it out and drop a new one in. It's alot cheaper than trying to buy all the parts separate to re build them.

In the car they are in I race on a regular weekly basis, sometimes twice a week and they have never let me down. I started out using a 21.5 in blinky mode but now the car has up to a 13.5 blinky in it.
I think they also sell a spool diff, but I'm not exactly sure if it'll fit into a version 1 ta05. http://broadtechonlineshop.com/eagle...l.aspx?id=3480

Nowdays I use my ta05 mostly as a VTA car for which is perfect for them as they are docile & easy to drive, even with the VTA tires & body shells on the car.

Cheers
Rob.
