Hey guys, just thought I'd update where I'm at with my tweak issues.
As posted,i found the rear bulkhead topdeck screws were out by 0.5mm, causing some serious tweak. The bulkheads were checked and fine, along with the topdeck.
So I installed a new chassis... Problem solved.
I hope this can help someone else who built the car and regretted it. My chassis was out. Im not upset, just happy its sorted.
