I have dealed with them before, they are a chinese business operating with an australian website. Not the best customer service and their site isn't accurate with stock levels.
They sent me an email recently saying they are operating via
http://www.rc-model.com.au/, your tamiya-shop.com.au account should work there.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
