Yeah, I run 45 Front/40 Rear with the AE silvers and AE 8 x 1.3's. It's just the right amount of pack, I don't like a stiff car, it's too hard for me to drive, I like my car on the soft side.
That's also with the Reedy 5500 mAh batteries, which are a big ol' brick.
This also depend's on the track and your preference .
Is it smoot or bumpy , high or low grip .
At our track ( bumpy , high grip astroturf ) i use ae blue springs , 40fr/35rr , 8x1.3's , gold swaybars .
other drivers that are using ae silver springs and the stock pistons but they also use gold swaybars becouse they have " griproll "
