Has anybody got some suggestions as to how I can eliminate the steering slop on my car? I remember when I built a Rally from the box that it had some slop right from the beginning, but as time goes on the slop gets worse and worse. It's most noticeable on the steering bellcrank area.
Theres 3 things that i can think of........
1. Use a ball stud on each of the steering arms where the bent wire goes and use a turn buckle to bridge the gap..........
2. Fully tighten/lock/glue the servo saver, doing this though you must use a good metal geared servo........
3. Use an alloy servo saver and as above use a good metal geared servo.......
