We solved the problem of the kid with the slow mmp/1408. He had swapped the a & c motor wires. That caused it to be in reverse mode when going forward so it only went 50% speed. Once we swapped the wires & reset the end points it ran like a scalded dog! He ended up & 23/81 to get good speed & AWESOME acceleration.
