I found a place that has good prices on a574 screws & priced out some variations on the screw kits. I came up with 4 variants. They are with aluminum & a574 screws, with just a574 screws, with exact kit screws, with consolidated sizes. With the consolidated sizes the majority of the changes being in non critical area (gear cover, wing mount, etc) but 2 that are critical. They are shortening the the steering by 1/16", & using 5/8" on the u-brace instead of 7/16" & 9/16". Unfortunately even on the "exact" screw kits I had to substitute 5-40 x 5/8" for the 5-40 x 9/16".

1st mixed aluminum & a574 screws with exact kit sizes for around $35-$40.
2nd mixed aluminum & a574 screws with consolidated sizes for around $30-$35.
3rd all a574 screws with exact kit sizes for around $25-$30.
4th all a574 screws with consolidated sizes for around $20-$25.

All of the kits will come with the base kit screws, plus extra nuts for the shock towers & hubs ( for those using chubs), plus wheel nuts (front & rear for hex conversions), plus the longer shock mount screws for big bore conversions & of course the washers for the top plate like the ft & worlds use.

Just to make sure since I haven't converted yet, the fronts on hex conversions are 5-40 nuts like the slipper & the t4.1 use, right?
