Can anyone help out a noob? I'm not fully understanding the pieces parts for anti squat. I know the kit comes with different shims and the thickness relate to the degree (I think). But how or what do the Inner Hingepin Braces do or stand for? The kit comes with 1 blank (no # stamped on top) then 1,2,3. Do the braces correlate number wise with the kick shim? And what are the Inner Hingepin Brace function? I wish tlr would have stamped the degree on the kick shims to know what anti squat shim you're using instead of having to use a mic to measure the thickness. At the moment I believe I have the 2.5 shim (1.8mm) and the blank hingepin brace.
For the anti squat shims they have notches on the back. The number of notches equals number of degrees. Large notch is 1degree and small notch is half degree.
