Glad you guys had fun down here. Enjoyed the competition. I was actually using Surge Batteries (stage 4) for 19t all day. I decided not to bring on the heat til the main. But then I got taken out in the middle of the race by the "drunk".
I lost my lead and just couldn't catch back up to Mike. Ended up that my IRS pin cushion slipped out on my dogbone after the crash. So the car was very loose for the last part of the race. But over all, I'm pretty impressed with the Surge Batteries. Just wish I could get ahold of some of the "other" cells...
Anyways, Mike is a very smooth driver. Enjoyed watching him run down here as well as the other crew that came down. Brian, hope ya liked the Nachos... hehe..
